INTELLIGENCE FOR THE PHYSICAL GRID
Turn drone imagery, thermal inspections, and asset history into evidence your team can act on.
AI-assisted inspection and asset intelligence for electric utilities, grid operators, and engineering teams.
MVP workspace · Evidence-led inspection review
FROM FRAGMENTED RECORDS TO CONNECTED EVIDENCE
An inspection photo tells you what an asset looks like today. Its history tells you what changed.
Premvera connects visual observations, thermal evidence, maintenance records, and engineering documents around each physical asset. Review potential defects in context, compare inspections, and build a traceable maintenance priority.
THE MVP IN MOTION
One transformer. A complete inspection workflow.
Watch an original image upload, real AI analysis, a scoped demonstration review, evidence-linked Copilot, and report generation.
ONE INSPECTION, FIVE CONNECTED STEPS
Select an asset and attach inspection imagery.
Review proposed observations alongside the evidence.
Examine previous and current inspections together.
Confirm findings and assign a review priority.
Export a summary for engineering and maintenance review.
01 / VISUAL INSPECTION INTELLIGENCE
Potential insulator damage becomes meaningful when your team can locate it, inspect the image, and compare it with an earlier inspection.
Premvera presents observations for review, with the original evidence attached. A reviewer decides whether to confirm or dismiss the finding.
Visible difference in Insulator String B. Engineering review recommended.
02 / THERMAL INTELLIGENCE
Connect thermal observations to an asset’s inspection history. Compare unusual patterns and document the next review action.
Rendered thermal images support visual observations. Calibrated temperature measurements require supported radiometric files and capture metadata.
Illustrative pattern near the high-voltage connection. No calibrated temperature inferred.
ASSET INTELLIGENCE / NETWORK CONTEXT
Follow inspection history, unresolved findings, and maintenance activity in one asset record. Then move back to the portfolio to decide what needs attention next.
Condition scores are explainable summaries of reviewed findings. They help organize review; they do not represent validated failure probabilities.
TR-018 · Thermal observation
T-142 · Visual inspection pending
T-086 · No open reviewed findings
PREMVERA COPILOT
Find assets needing attention, summarize unresolved observations, and retrieve inspection history through a focused assistant.
Copilot retrieves evidence from the selected organization’s saved assets, inspections, maintenance history, and indexed document text. Live AI responses require a configured provider connection.
Transformer TR-018 has a confirmed thermal observation. Tower T-142 has a proposed visual observation awaiting review.
TECHNOLOGY WITH A CLEAR BOUNDARY
Preserve source imagery. Connect every finding to its inspection and component.
Separate proposed observations from confirmed findings. Capture reviewer decisions.
Keep asset and inspection rules separate from storage, identity, and AI providers. AWS is an initial deployment option.
Plan for model versions, scoring rubrics, access controls, and audit history as the MVP becomes operational.
ABOUT PREMVERA
Based in Nigeria
Utility engineers and inspection teams already collect photographs, thermal scans, and maintenance records. The difficult part is bringing them together when a decision needs to be made.
Premvera is being built to connect that evidence around each asset, so teams can see what was observed, what has changed, and what needs review. We’re starting with transmission towers and substation transformers, keeping engineers responsible for the decisions that follow.
OUR LEADERSHIP

Chief Executive Officer
Orjika Victory leads Premvera with a clear focus: helping utility engineers and inspection teams get more value from the inspections they already carry out. A photograph may capture a problem, but deciding what it means takes context—earlier images, maintenance records, and someone qualified to review it. His role is to keep Premvera focused on that complete picture, from the first observation to the next maintenance decision.

Chief Operating Officer
Winifred Chidinma’s focus is what happens after an inspection. Who needs to review the images? Which findings are still open? Does the maintenance team have enough information to follow up? As COO, she brings those everyday questions into Premvera’s development, helping shape a workflow that people can follow and trust. Her role connects the product to the practical work of keeping inspections organised and decisions moving.

Chief Technology Officer
Mbah Sandra leads the technology behind Premvera. Her focus is bringing inspection images, asset history, and engineering documents together so teams can understand what has changed and examine the evidence themselves. That also means setting clear boundaries for AI: an observation needs a source, a comparison needs context, and an engineering decision belongs to the person reviewing it. She keeps those principles at the centre of the platform’s technical direction.
PRICING
Choose the scope that fits your team, from a focused inspection programme to a larger asset portfolio.
FOR ENGINEERING & INSPECTION TEAMS
$59 USD / month
Bring asset records, inspection images, and reviewer decisions into one workspace.
FOR UTILITIES & GRID OPERATORS
$129 USD / month
Connect inspection evidence across your portfolio and keep follow-up priorities visible.
FOR LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PORTFOLIOS
From $299 USD / month
Scope a deployment around your asset volumes, inspection programme, and organisational requirements.
Monthly prices in USD, per organisation. Asset, user, storage and AI-processing allowances are agreed before activation. Enterprise pricing varies with scope.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
The MVP saves your actual assets, uploads, inspections, and reviewer decisions. AI findings require professional review. The recorded walkthrough uses the local application with real AI and a demonstration record. The platform has not been validated for operational grid decisions.
No. The initial scope is inspection review and maintenance prioritization. Validated risk models require suitable longitudinal data and evaluation.
The architecture separates product services from infrastructure adapters. AWS may host the initial operational MVP; other providers can implement the same interfaces.
The current review rubric starts at 100 and subtracts 6 for each open confirmed high-priority finding, 3 for medium, and 1 for low. Proposed, dismissed, and resolved findings do not reduce it. An asset without a reviewed finding is unscored. This is an illustrative review aid, not a failure probability.
INSPECT. UNDERSTAND. COMPARE. PRIORITIZE. MAINTAIN.
